PRANA is a display of handmade candles. It shows what the brand makes: shapes, scents, materials, weight, and photos.

The site has no cart, no checkout, and no payment. There is not a single button here that charges money.

The information about candles on this site is an invitation to talk about a purchase, not a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The reason is simple and not a legal one. Each run is made by hand: each vessel is cast separately, and only the seller knows how many candles exist right now. A contract is considered concluded when the seller has confirmed availability, price, and timing in the correspondence and the customer has agreed to them.

Until that moment, neither the seller nor the customer owes the other anything. The price, materials, and availability may change, and the seller may decline the sale if no candles are left.

The procedure is the same for everyone:

• the customer writes to the seller on Telegram or Instagram, or by email to pranacandles@mail.ru, and names the candle and the occasion;
• the seller confirms availability and gives the price, the timing, and the delivery cost;
• the parties agree on how the order is paid for and received;
• after payment, the order is packed and handed over for delivery.

Everything material about the order stays in the correspondence, which also serves as confirmation of the agreement for both parties.

The vessel of each candle is cast by hand from natural clay. Because of this, individual candles differ from one another and from the photo in the catalog.

The following is normal for hand casting and is not considered a defect:

• the shade differs from the photo and from another candle of the same shape;
• the surface texture varies, and the clay may have small pores and specks;
• dimensions differ by up to a few millimeters;
• the shape and the finial are slightly asymmetrical.

A defect is something else: a crack in the vessel, a chip, a wick that will not burn, or a foreign object in the wax. If you receive something like this, write to the seller with a photo, and the matter is resolved with a replacement or a refund.

The catalog photos are taken under studio light. The shade of the clay on screen also depends on the monitor’s settings, so a perfect match cannot be guaranteed.

When buying remotely, the customer may refuse the goods before they are handed over, and after receipt within seven days, if the goods have not been used and have kept their marketable appearance. If a written notice of the return period is not included with the order, the period is extended to three months.

A candle that has been lit counts as used. The seller refunds the money for returned goods no later than ten days from the date of the demand, and the customer pays for the return shipping.

Returns and exchanges of goods of inadequate quality follow the general rules of the consumer protection law and are not limited by this section.

A candle is an open flame. Do not leave it burning unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, curtains, and anything that catches fire easily. Place it on a flat, stable surface.

The seller is not responsible for the consequences of handling the candle contrary to these instructions and common sense.

All photos, texts, the logo, and the emblem on this site belong to the owner of the brand. They may not be used for commercial purposes, including the sale of similar candles, without written permission.

You are free to share a link, show a photo in your own post with credit to the brand, or mention PRANA in a roundup. No permission is needed for that.

The site is provided as is. It may be unavailable because of an update, a hosting failure, or circumstances beyond the seller’s control. It is not always possible to give notice of planned work.

Links to external resources, including messengers and social networks, lead to third-party platforms that have their own rules.

The seller may revise these rules. The current version is at https://pranacandles.ru/en/legal/terms, and the date is shown at the top of the page. Changes do not affect the terms of an order that has already been agreed.

The parties’ relations are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Before going to court, the parties try to resolve a dispute through correspondence.
